Open the Files app and look in Downloads. You can also open your browser menu and tap Downloads.
iPhone and iPad
In Safari, tap the download arrow, or open the Files app and go to Downloads. To move a video to Photos, open it in Files, tap Share and choose Save Video.
Computer

Which video and audio qualities can I get?
MP4 video comes in 1080p, 720p, 480p, 360p, 240p and 144p, depending on what the video offers. MP3 audio comes in 320, 256 or 128 kbps.
Is there a file size limit?
Yes. Each file can be up to 2 GB, so most long videos in high quality work too. You see the size of every MP4 option before you tap it.
Can I download YouTube Shorts?
Yes. Copy the Short's link and paste it like any other video. The vertical frame is kept, and you can save it as MP4 or MP3.
How do I download a YouTube video on iPhone?
Open Safari, paste the link into YT1D and tap a quality. When the file is ready, tap Download. Safari saves it in the Files app, in Downloads.
How do I download a YouTube video on Android?
Open Chrome or another browser, paste the link and tap a quality. When the file is ready, tap Download. The file is saved in your Downloads folder.
Why can't some videos be downloaded?
Private and removed videos can't be saved. Videos that are blocked in some regions or limited by age may also fail, and so can live streams that are still running.
Do you keep my links or files?
No. Your link is used only to find the download options you asked for. We keep no download history, and there is no account that could store one.
